The DESIGNED FOR COST-EFECTIVE MONITORING WARMMark time-temperature tag is designed for accurate monitoring at the lowest cost. The basic components of the tag consist of a track strip of blotter paper that runs along the length of the tag, a blotter paper pad saturated with red-stained chemicals specifically manufactured to melt at the reaction temperature of the tag, and a barrier film strip separating the track strip from the saturated pad. Thanks to this innovative structure, the WarmMark tag can be the most accurate and cost-effective choice for product monitoring.HERE"SHOW WARMMARK WORKSWarmMark operation is simple but accurate.First, remove the WarmMark activation tab and the barrier film strip attached so that the track strip and the saturation pad inside the tag are in direct contact with each other. Then, when the tag is exposed above the reaction temperature, the chemicals on the pad melt and start moving along the track strip, coloring the circular window at a controlled speed. When the temperature drops below the reaction temperature, the chemical stops moving. The accuracy of the WarmMark tag is guaranteed to be within 1°C above or below the reaction temperature. The structure of the APPLICATION IS SIMPLEWarmMark allows you to quickly and easily add the benefits of time/temperature monitoring to your product. To prepare to use the WarmMark tag, keep the tag at a temperature that is at least 5°C below the reaction temperature for at least 30 minutes. Then remove the release liner on the back of the tag and attach the pressure sensitive adhesive backing to the dry surface to attach the WarmMark tag. From this point on, WarmMark monitors the product until it arrives at its destination.Available at various reaction temperatures: -18°C to 37°C.The tag size is 1.9cm wide, 4.6cm long, and 0.15cm thick.
